Estate Jewelry is green jewelry when it is rehomed, reused, or upcycled. It causes little or no damage to the planet. When estate jewelry is purchased, rather than new jewelry, the earth is not grievously harmed by mining and there is no ecologically negative footprint from manufacturing.

At our Gallery, we recycle all paper, plastic and metal, including gold and silver. We reuse corrugated shipping boxes and packing materials (you may have seen our ugly box label). Wherever possible, we use green cleaning products. We order food from restaurants that provide recyclable paper to-go containers. The staff ride-shares where feasible. We buy water and other liquids in glass or reusable containers and, where possible, like coffee and kombucha, use our own refillable containers. Many of our staff are committed to avoiding single use plastic. Some of us are vegetarians or vegans.
