Circa 1890s, silver.  This beautiful silver necklace is an elegant example of nineteenth-century jewelry. The mixed textures give it stylistic strength. At 55 inches long, it can be worn long or wrapped once or twice. It is perfect layered with pearls and/or other chains. Some wear commensurate with age. Very good condition.
