Estate Jewelry. Circa 1950s, Platinum, American. Vivid blue 4.74 and 4.31 carat sapphires (Ceylon and Burma, respectively, AGL Lab reports) are the focus of these luminous earrings. Each stone is surrounded by 1.10 carats of white diamonds (F color, VS1 clarity). The look is sublimely classic, resplendently beautiful and brilliantly au courant. Finely constructed in platinum, this pair of earrings is in excellent condition.
