Lawrence Jeffrey Estate Jewelers stands behind
every piece of our jewelry. We guarantee that
your purchase will be as described on the site.
However, any piece can be returned for any
reason for a period of five days (from date of
its delivery to you).
Returns after the grace
period of five days (from date of delivery) will
be solely at our discretion and will be assessed
a 15% restocking fee.
If you have had us
modify or customize an item it is not
returnable. Rings that are sized are the
exception to this rule.

We accept Checks, Cash,
PayPal, and the following credit cards Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
It is also possible to exchange unwanted jewelry
for a piece from our collection

If you are purchasing by
credit card, we are required by the credit card
company to ship to only the BILLING address of

LAYAWAY
Our layaway plan is 1/3rd down and
payment of 1/3rd in 30 days with a
final payment in 60 days. If you need additional
time for a large purchase please let us know, we
will try to accommodate you.
Items modified or worked
on by your jewelers are not returnable.

SHIPPING |

Shipping and insurance inside the US is
included in your purchase price. We ship
Federal Express Second Day, Adult Signature
Required.
Shipping overseas is via FEDEX, insured, or by
UPS.
The cost of shipping outside the United
States is not included in the price.
If you wish NEXT DAY or Overnight Express
Service, we would be happy to accommodate
you. However, you will be charged the actual
cost of whatever service you prefer for
shipping. Please note that all packages MUST
BE INSURED. We cannot ship any other way.
If you are purchasing by credit card, we are
required by the credit card company to ship to

about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data

firstly, to process your order and second, to
provide you with the best possible service. We
will not e-mail you in the future unless you
have given us your consent. We will give you the
chance to refuse any marketing email from us or
from another trader in the future.

about you without your explicit consent. The
information we hold will be accurate and up to
date. You can check the information that we hold
about you by emailing us. If you find any
inaccuracies we will delete or correct it
