A: We buy all gold, silver and gemstones.
Besides jewelry, we are interested in sterling
items such as flatware or hollowware. We also
buy object d’art, boxes, and “smalls” of all
kinds. Jewelry can be old or new ie..antique
jewelry or estate jewelry, but we are the most
interested in finer, more important items and
signed jewelry.
Q: What is “signed” jewelry?
A: Signed Jewelry is jewelry that has a
hallmark from a noted jewelry firm such as
Tiffany, Harry Winston, Cartier, etc. Original
documents, receipts, or boxes will add to the
value.
Q: If you make me an offer for my Antique
Jewelry or Estate Jewelry must I accept it right
away, or at all?
A: No! We want you to feel comfortable. Take
your time and make a decision that is right for
you.
Q: Would you repair or restore my Antique
jewelry?
A: No. While we are experts in the repair and
restoration of period and antique jewelry, we
feel that a proper repair shop should devote all
of its attention and energy to just that
business only.
Q: Do you share my personal information with
other companies?
A: NO! We will not share your name, email,
phone, or address with any entity.
Q: Where do you get your Antique jewelry,
Estate Jewelry?
A: We buy our antique jewelry from a variety of
different sources. A great deal of our buying
is done in Europe. We make purchases from other
dealers and the public. We also purchase at
auction and, occasionally, major estate
sales.
Q: Is this all Estate jewelry, or do you buy
new or reproduction pieces also?
A: We do not buy any jewelry new. All our
jewelry is estate jewelry.
Q: What does Estate jewelry mean?
A: Estate jewelry is any piece of jewelry which
has been previously owned.
Q: What is Antique jewelry?
A: Antique jewelry is jewelry which is 100
years old or older.
Q: What is Period jewelry?
A: Period jewelry is any piece of jewelry made
in and of the style of a particular Period, i.e.
Victorian Period -- 1837 to 1901, or Art Deco
Period, generally accepted to be from 1923 to
1939. To be a “Period” piece, jewelry must be
in the “style of the Period“ and made during
the accepted span of years associated with that
Period.
Q: Can I get an appraisal?
A: We would be glad to provide a free appraisal
for any piece that you purchase from us.
Q: Will you appraise my Antique jewelry
collection?
A: We are sorry but we only appraise the pieces
we sell.

we stand behind every piece of our jewelry. We
guarantee that your purchase will be as
described on the site. However, any piece can be
returned for any reason for a period of five
days (from date of delivery).
Returns after the grace period of five days
(from date of delivery) will be solely at our
discretion and will be assessed a 15% restocking
fee.
If you have had us modify or customize an item
it is not returnable. Rings that are sized are
the exception to this rule.
Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase?

A: Yes, we would be glad to size any ring
purchased from us.
Q: Is there a charge for sizing my ring?
A: Ring sizing is always complimentary.
Q: How long does a sizing or modification take?
A: Usually a week to ten days.
Q: How often do you acquire more Antique and
Estate Jewelry?
A: We have antique jewelry, estate jewelry, and
signed jewelry coming in almost every week.
About eight times a year we have large
collections of new acquisitions (100-150 pieces)

A: We ship gratis FedEx second day air in the
United States.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We generally ship internationally via
Global Express Mail or UPS. Please remember
that you will be responsible for any customs,
duties, or brokerage fees imposed by your

Q: Do you have layaway?
A: Yes.
Our layaway
plan is 1/3rd down and payment of 1/3rd
in 30 days with a final payment in 60 days. If
you need additional time for a large purchase,
please let us know. We will try to accommodate
you.
Q: Are you open on Sundays?
A: Yes. Our store hours of operation are:
Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
Sunday we are open from 12:00 noon until 5:00.
