Estate Jewelry. Circa 1940-50s, 14k, Black Starr & Gorham, American. Golden flames rising from ruby embers adorn these 14k earrings. The delightfully unusual motif decorates this characteristic retro form, demonstrating the telltale verve of Black Starr pieces. Finely made they are set 1.35 carats of ruby and .25 carats of diamonds. Excellent condition.

Noted: The gold surface of these earrings have a pleasant patina which is visible in the pictures. This can be left or removed at the customers request.
